What is the meaning of Lawfare?

Polit­i­cal­ly Moti­vat­ed Law­fare is the unethical use of a board, association or committee for the politicization and weaponization of disciplinary rules against professionals or others discharging duties ethically but accused falsely. For example, according to the the Texas Attorney General’s Office “There is an appreciable risk that this type of political activism will incentivize bar complaints made for the sole purpose of obstructing the ability of attorneys general and their staff to carry out their constitutional responsibilities. The weaponization of the attorney grievance process impedes the work of the people and frustrates the constitutional structure.”

Lawfare is not new but it has been widely used in the United States across the board and increasingly so over the last several years. Most notably Lawfare has grown from the roots of political activists groups, grifter rings, and corrupt groups or individuals. Boards, associations and committees are meant to function as professional organizations or brain trusts of leadership. They are becoming perverted and twistedly used because they have been captured by activists who put political ideas before the rule of law.

What is starting to happen is the same thing that is happening everywhere in society: There is an infestation of political activists in every aspect of life from entertainment to professional associations. You may have heard of Cancel Culture which is behavior associated with bullying a target into quitting or bullying the target’s source of income, source of power, or close relationships into disavowing (abandoning) the target so as to emotionally isolate and financially ruin them. Really, it’s just bullies reinvented and calling themselves “Cancel Culture.” However, the disturbing truth is its more than bad manners, its pure evil.

Social Justice is political activism and is the root of Lawfare, Cancel Culture, DEI (diversity equity and inclusion) and others. Social Justice is just Marxism 5.0, or so, I lose count. Marxism is the earth where the seeds of these ideas are planted. Marxism teaches class warfare pitting all against one another. Further, Marxism – invented by Karl Marx a homeless man at his death – feeds the poor lies about their condition to cause them to rise up in a revolt against the middle class on behalf of the elite power structures. The poor then subsume the middle class and then move into position for the cause of revolution.

Now, when the word revolution is mentioned one may think about guns and violence. However, revolutions are not always guns. There are many different flavors of revolt: Armed Revolution was the favorite of the twentieth century, but the (Bolshevik Revolution) or also known as the October Revolution in Russia is well known and was a nearly bloodless coup d’état according to History.com. However, it turned into a bloody civil war afterwards. The October Revolution type is also called a “color revolution” which is a political term used to describe civil political events: mass street protests and riots in order to achieve a revolutionary change of government.

Thus, Antifa (closely related to transvestites), Black Lives Matter (Neo Marxists) and Hamas ( Palestine) for instance are color revolution factions trying to cause civil unrest and a coup d’état simply through projection of power. The goal is to overthrow capitalism. Thus, a color revolution uses street protest, firebombs, and other civil irritants for optics, intimidation and demands. Media coverage distributed and considered by those who witness the show is key to their goals. However, the sophistication of color revolutions have grown into part of a larger warfare scheme.

Lawyers, teacher and doctors stand as the pillars of societies so they must go – or be replaced – for a color revolution to succeed. It has been told that the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia did just that first. But, Lawfare is the “civilized” choice of professional murder for the movement at the moment.

Now, we must touch on George Soros. George Soros is a foreign billionaire who has funded many political candidates who have typically have Marxists tendencies. Soros is said to be responsible for meddling in governments across Europe and now in the United States. Groups and individuals must have a source of money to operate. Osama Bin Laden the oil billionaire that funded Al Qaeda. Al Qaeda wold have been out of operation without the billionaires money. Now it’s said Soros funds many factions who are hostile to the United States. One such person according to Donald Trump is Alvin Bragg the Manhattan District Attorney who prosecuted Trump in New York in the Summer of 2024. Trump called the trial politically motivated Lawfare and decried Bragg as a Soros funded DA. The house Judiciary Committee in U.S. Congress found that Bragg violated Trump’s constitutional rights.

Therefore, color revolutions start by convincing the poor to revolt but embraces money to fund its objectives.

If Marxism is the earth, and social justice is the roots , perverted civil rights advocacy such as DEI is the branch and the buds are new extremes. If social justice is the roots, Lawfare is the branch and perversions of professionals straight from the subsumed proletariat is the new extremes. Those new extremes feed on the misery of the “people” who caused there pain and suffering in a mono maniac frenzy. The rise of the subsumed proletariat cross pollinated with the other branches: Black Marxists, Antifa, Gays, illegal aliens, foreign agitators, Cartels, Feminists, deep state administrators all rose up from the ranks of the Marxists class of the poor, many times, but not always or who are unwittingly trained in destructive behavior (which means teachers are target #1 on the Marxism conversion list). Thus, with new found power they collectively take the fight directly to the man. They wriggle their way onto boards, associations and committees with the intentional of non-compliance.

They distribute literature and setup educational camps, mixers and programs. Part of the education is to make the same class which subsumed the middle class aware of their rights to report. To be fair, there are times when people need to be reported, but lets not forget our focus is on baseless accusations well crafted to cause professionals anguish and difficulty when none is deserved. That is the attack from without, and the attack from within is when the subsumed professional class enters these postilions and allows weaponized claims to become investigations of punishment.

Its a a lot of things and all of them are bad. Lawfare, as all color revolution types, has a chilling effect. Good professionals follow the rules as closely as they can while the types described above don’t care for the rules of the system they intend to break and thus don’t care about the system as its broken. However, lawlessness is only temporary in society where an order of what ever type it turns out to be will be. Lawfare is a fools tool that only causes otherwise legitimate issues from being addressed and dilutes the purpose of the board, association or committee until it is useless.

Does society need to be wrangled, watched and scolded by boards, associations and committees? Why not use the courts and the bodies of law or create administrative judges to handle issues of ethics and law? America needs judges who are subject to the superior court oversight on issues that effect the public and professional reputations and lives.
